"We went through the drive thru. Our transaction was quick and easy, the meals were correct and delicious.. thank you.."

"I went here on a weekday at lunch time. I was met with a very rude staff. On the receipt it said Roy checked me out, but a girl that was also running the drive thru waited in me. She was not the friendliest person by far and when I asked her name and the guy who was at the prep line she said she couldn't tell me. The reason I was asking about the guy I later found out was Roy was because he threw my food on the counter obviously showing his discontent of being there. I said very little and really just observed the unhealthy atmosphere. I was picking up the food for someone so I can't say how it tasted. I would not recommend going to this Taco Bell with a staff that acted this rudely towards their customers."

"We ordered some food from there. I ordered a deluxe crave case and my daughter ordered quesadillas. Everything was just thrown into a big bag cause much of the food to be flung outside of their wrappers. The quality was horrible, the shells tasted cold and stale, All the food was cold, It seemed like they had just thrown stuff in to the bag to get it out of the way... We will not be eating here anymore."

"I don't normally rate fast food places or anything much at all, but this taco bell was phenomenal. I haven't eaten at a TB in years and this place was exactly how I remembered it. Staff was great and restaurant was clean. Nicely done!"

"On May 7th we stopped at the St Clair Taco Bell. We ordered 5 taco supremes and 2 cheese roll ups. There were only 4 tacos and they did not have tomatoes on them. The guy at the window ignored us and when we finally got his attention he said they would get us our other taco. I explained we wanted all 5 tacos supremes. He suggested giving us tomatoes on the side or to pull up and wait. I asked to speak yo a manager which is when Beth came to the window. She was very rude like we did something wrong. We just would like the food we ordered. She gave an attitude and slammed the window. When our new tacos came I asked for the managers name. Neither of the guys at the window knew their own managers name. They call her over again and Beth the manager advises she does not care if I report her and that I am on camera. I did nothing wrong and advised she was on camera and that I would be reporting this. The quality of food and service was absolutely horrible and unacceptable. Customer service and common courtesy should be taught to the manager Beth who was working at 10pm last night."
