"The manager at the lake st louis location is a very nice, respectful man my order got messed up days before and I didn't feel like going all the way back after I got home and realized it so he fixed my order for me and was very nice about it. The replaced order was fresh, hot, and very yummy! Even tho he was super busy he was helping customers with a smile!"

"music in the back that wasnt in the lobby has been inappropriate eachtime i go to sit and enjoy my food and the chili taste like old dry meat thats been sitting out. Also heard people talking rudely."

"Food was like it came out of the freezer!!!! I love 3 minutes or less from this location and it should not have been cold!!!! Terrible. 3 biggie bags were correct but ice cold."

"Filthy inside!! No one at counter to take order. Yelled out two times before someone walked up to counter. Rude attitude and rap music playing so loud it was no wonder they couldn't hear me yell. All the table tops had obviously not been cleaned from the previous day. Everything very dirty and a big puddle of water near the trash can...accident waiting to happen. Where are the owners??"

"This place is nasty inside! We stopped there on Saturday. There were only 3 customers and a slow drive-through. There wasn't a single person at the counter. Then we heard one employee tell another someone needed to go up front there's a customer. Then, I heard them debating who would go up there. Prior to that, they were all just standing in back talking and doing nothing. Meanwhile, I snapped some photos of how nasty and disorganized the dining area and bathroom were. This place needs new management major! Not to mention a visit from the Health Department."
