Smoothie King

"I ordered 2 smoothies for delivery from this store. Smoothie king uses door dash for the delivery and they only delivered one of the smoothies. I called the store and…..wait for it…surprise! I was told to take it up with door dash. I always liked this store when I visited but I don’t think I’ll be back anymore."

"I just visited your store for the very first time and sadly the last time, I pulled up to your store to go in an order my grandson a smoothie at approximatlely 8:35, the door was locked, I went around to the drive up the lights were off, I was able to order, after placing my order I pulled up to the window to pay and pick up my order, I waited 15 minuted (no exaggeration)while the 2 ladies inside cleaned blenders, mopped floors etc, in the meantime a line of cars is backing up behind me.If you are not going to wait on your customers, in a timely manner I suggest you you do everyone a favor and close your doors nor instead of 6 months from now. A successful business id built on good customer service, you folks are failing miserably!!"

"For the most part, they make a really good smoothie. Friday’s are $5 smoothies days. They get really busy, but is worth the wait. The downside is that they don’t always mark what smoothie is which. When you pick up four smoothies, and they are all red, it takes some guesswork. Sometimes they put labels, which is awesome! Sometimes they write it on the cup. But sometimes they don’t put anything at all on the cup! I hope they improve on this!"

"I like Smoothie King but I'm pretty frustrated with the Lake St Louis location. I go through the drive threw once or twice a week and half the time the smoothies are not blended all the way and there are chunks in them. Sometimes the chunks are big enough to get stuck in the straw. I get the daily warrior, peanut butter plus chocolate, and pumpkin smoothies when in season and it happens with all three of these. Last week when I ordered I asked for them to make sure it was blended all the way and the drive through voice said "yes of course." When they handed it to me I tasted it and handed it back and told them there were chunks and said to please blend it all the way. They gave me a different one. I drove away and sure enough it had chunks too. I have never had this problem at any other smoothie king, but it is totally unacceptable that I tell you twice for one order and you still will not blend it all the way until it is smooth. Please fix this problem. You lost me as your customer. See the picture."

"When we arrived, we were notified it was a training day for a new associate, also the front register was down. Since we were not in any rush, it was perfectly fine. The trainer was doing a great job, and so did new associate. The place was very clean, and service was excellent. Glad to see there is a close location in Lake Saint Louis. Great option for a quick smoothie run."
