"These employees don’t even deserve minimum wage. The general manager along with the illiterate employees treat customers with disrespect. If it’s Friday don’t bother showing up, they mentally clock out and just sit there and refuse to help."

"I’ve been using Copart locations all over the US, but this location continues to frustrate me every time I try to view cars, buy them, or even ask basic questions over the phone. I called yesterday, 1/22, to make sure they hadn’t closed due to the inclement weather so I could preview 2 vehicles going to auction today. Was on hold for over 20 minutes with no answer, while I decided to make the 45 minute drive to their location, only to arrive to a note on the door that they were closed. I could see people inside, trying to hide from me, and people in the yard loading vehicles. It’s 2024… can you not post a voicemail in situations like this? Knowing how people ignore me forever when I show up to do anything, I anticipated that this was a possibility, but I would not have wasted an hour and a half round-trip to get ghosted at the door if you could provide basic customer service. Trying really hard to understand why I don’t switch my membership over to IAAI."
