"Started my day off with a hole in my tire, pulled in here to get it plugged. I was told the machine was not working. So I asked if he would help me put my spare on. He said to hold on, he was going to see what he could do. After getting the people ahead of me taken care of I was able to get in line. Now my tire was flat. He once again filled it, got me in and fixed my tire. He could've just said the machine was broke and they were busy but he didn't. I believe his name was Greg. Very nice people here. Did a great job. Thanks everyone who works here."

"I went into Jiffy Lube to get a safety and emissions test done on one of my fleet vehicles. I figured it's a pretty quick and simple task considering their bays were empty and no one was in there. The employee nicely greeted me when I pulled up and I asked him what I needed and he told me that he was a month out on safety and emissions. I looked at him super confused and told him "but your bays are empty". He said "go online and set an appointment but he's a month out". So I took my business somewhere else that got me in super quick and now is going to service my fleet vehicles. So bitter sweet."

They had just closed when we pulled up, but when we explained we had just driven 700 miles on our way to CO for the holidays and got a tire pressure warning light, he stayed, checked and topped all 4 tires for us. Super friendly and went way out of his way for us on a busy holiday week night. Thanks for the after hours assistance, that provided peace of mind on 70mph highways."
