"Called AAA trailer services with a major leak in my trailer... After speaking with BOB . He had me come in I was overwhelmed with the courtesy as well as the old fashioned services and pricing. . Wow These guys are the best period. Ten stars"
"I would give them 0 stars they ripped u off in parts.. they charged me 100$ extra for each trailer air bags .. air bags cost 160 $ they charged me 280 $"
"This company has outrageous prices and isn’t equipped to handle tackle very many issues that come with international trucks. I wouldn’t recommend this company at all. Use your money and have your truck towed by Terry’s Towing and fixed by an international dealer. Our international box truck broke down at a truck stop just east of St. Louis and after calling around to multiple mobile mechanics this place actually answered the phone. While telling the lady over the phone the history of the truck and what was currently going on, she disclosed that the cost would be $310.00 for a minimum of 3 hours (you don’t get that back even if the mechanic is there for 5 mins) and a $65.00 dispatch fee. The lady told us payment was due BEFORE the mechanic would be dispatched so we made the payment and spoke to the Mobile mechanic about the issues that we were having and the history of our international truck. He stated it would be about 1 1/2 hours before he could get to us. Once he finally got out to where we were (2 1/2 hours later) he did what he could do (about 15 mins of work) and told us he doesn’t have the equipment to fix the issues and we having and we need to take it to RUSH in St. Louis. So long story short we paid $375.00 for 15 mins of nothing."
"Had a fuel gelling problem at a nearby customer during the Cold Snap and got towed in. They were going to put me inside and fix it but ended up trying to work on it outside. No Joy on the effort so they finally towed me into a bay overnight, breaking a mud flap bracket off in the process. $650+ and a new fuel filter and I was out of there the next morning. I feel that they just ran up labor hours on this job. The mis matched mud flaps remind me if it everyday. They do have successful storage and trailer repair operations but there are better truck repair choices in the STL area."
"This shop rips people off. In my experience they quoted me $75 per hour for seven hours of labor. When they finished they billed me for 14 hours because they said they used two mechanics. Therefore, they charged me 1050 for labor cost when it should of been 525. They seem to do this to people of color more often. They make you pay by black mailing you with keeping your truck. I would not go there specially if you are Spanish or of Color."
