"DJ done really good for me. If I had to recommend anyone to them I would. DJ was upfront honest with no sugar coating. I came looking for a car I can leave looking for a car. Even though I did not get the car it was a pleasure talking with DJ. First dealership that was totally honest with me. All thumbs up plus some. DJ even gave my foster son a rubber duck with there logo on it. This made his day. Thank you DJ and the staff at All Star Dodge. MS. Sampson"
"Very unprofessional lack of communication lead my husband and I to believe that we were approved for a vehicle and even though the advertisement said $0 down we didn't get approved due to lack of down payment.we were told that it wasn't enough inventory in our range and we would get a call .told us we could only be approved for a van possibly and that's not what we drove over 40 minutes to hear"
"I was there for a recall on my car. I've never been here before but I think I found my new place to service my car. Very impressed with customer service. I have to add Katy should be paid more than she gets paid! I really don't know what she gets paid but works circles around others!!"
"They have been GREAT!!! with getting my cars fixed. They put a new driveshaft in my baby today."
"Worst waste of time I’ve ever dealt with. A week prior to our appointment we had ordered a new key fob (to be programmed through the service department) and a cover-piece for the steering wheel (just for picking up). Show up 15mins early, I watch the car get pulled into the waiting dock, and it sits for roughly 20mins before being pulled through. Now, I assume that it is on its way to the garage so they can program the key. I start counting and roughly an hour and a half goes by before the gentleman who sold us the car (the only saving grace) came out to let me know there was an issue. No, of course the car wasn’t back in the shop. You know where they moved the car? Outside and parked without telling me they were too incompetent to let me know they didn’t have a fob at all, and that the closest one would take 2-4 more hours to arrive. We got the email and text reminders for our appointment. We showed up. Once this gentleman and I found the car, since neither of us knew actually where it was, the steering piece was sitting in the passenger seat. This sounds comical but it definitely is placed below whatever a one-star Yelp review would be. I gave the piece back and told them I won’t ever have service done here. Helpful hints: 1) if you don’t have a parts order, make sure you let the person know so they don’t show up while you assume they will wait as long as it takes until it gets there, 2) maybe install a board in the waiting room, you know like hospitals and restaurants do, so people know at what point they can expect a little progress, and 3) AllStar has a phenomenal team, don’t get me wrong, but this was enough for me to write my first review ever so this doesn’t happen to other people. Anybody who orders parts, should get a confirmation prior to a service appointment, not an automated reminder."
