"Pulled into this location to take an emergent phone call. They are located near the hospital. At the time there were zero customers, and they never received a customer while I was on property. Within one minute of pulling into a parking space an employee approached my vehicle. He did not ask if he could help me, if I was there for service, or if I was okay in general. He immediately to me, hey hey ma’am this is private property & you cannot park here. I nodded my head to acknowledge the gentleman and continued my distressed call. Within another two minutes another employee pulled into the lot with a lady in his personal vehicle. He jumped out of his vehicle and approached mine. Again, didn’t ask if I was there for a service, if he could help me, if I was okay. He plainly said, hey he spoke to you right and motioned toward the other employee. I said yes. He stated okay well the police are on their way. I nodded in acknowledgement. I spent another few minutes on the phone call and left to go sit quietly at a welcome parking lot to finish this call. In enough time to see multiple police arrive. During which time the team members were eating ice cream and hanging out in the parking lot with the civilian they had in their vehicle. I just wanted to hop on here and apologize from the depths of my heart for causing your company so much trouble by illegally parking on your lot for seven minutes. I will work to be a better person."

"The experience was good at first. Went in to get oiled changed also ask for them to top off my fluids. The guy that did my oil change did not do what he said he said and I needed my coolant filled. The next day my car broke down, shaking and smoking. Would give no stars but I had to to submit this."

"Waited a bit, they were busy and short handed. I get it. What I don't get is 120 bucks for full synthetic, plus 599 half a qrt. Got an airfilter as well. They gave me a deal, 15 off because, thats all they had of 5/20. And 5.00 off airfilter. The Total was 156.00!! And thats with 20 bucks off!!"

"When I came here just before the new year started, the shop was so busy. The wait was an hour, and only two or three staff were operating this shop. I got my oil changed, and if you don't mind waiting, you can come here to get your oil changed without leaving your car."
