"This location needs more employees. If you have no issues with your rental and don't need to speak to the actual location then you'll be fine. But if you have to actually talk to the store about something good luck. They never anwser the phone and you go to the customer service center. There is only 1 person working in the building on a daily basis that I know of."

"Great experience picking up but when dropping off. Little to no help with explanation of bill. Received it's not my problem mentality. By changing from a 7 day rental to a 4 day, it's the same cost and it was not explained to me. Give the customer a heads up, "I would recommend you just keep the car for 7 days since its the same price" vs "I'm an independent contractor, I don't own the cars, so I just follow what the computer tells me" Will not rent again."

"Was great so far. Was far cheaper than any other rentals i looked at. The vehicle was a new 2023 Suburban only down side was the interior was pretty dirty on pickup was full of smashed chips and chocolate chips on the floor in the rear. Would definitely use them again with out hesitation also only company i found to offer unlimited mileage on there premium vehicles."

"Terrible location, I was given a car at Half tank, they asked me to return it with half tank... After returning the car got a surprise charge from the location because I didn't fill up the tank to full... Check your E-receipts from this location. I had to call customer service to get the $87 charge removed. Not worth the hassle of coming back to this location, sucks because I use Avis and fly to a lot of airports."

"We rented a minivan for our family vacation and were excited to go. We ended up getting a minivan that needed an oil change as well as a trip to the body shop! Not a good experience at all and will not be using this location in the future."
