"My 78 year old mother returned home after surgery and scheduled Chesterfield Taxi to pick her up. When her flight landed the driver said that he was there and then upon getting to baggage claim he informed her that he was at Southwest terminal with another fare. He asked if she could just read a book or something for 30 minutes while he took his other fare home. She told him that she would call the airport taxi and the driver informed her that he was less expensive and that the airport taxi drivers are "African." I know my mom was disgusted by his unprofessionalism and bad attitude. I have to say that this is not the first time we have had a bad experience with this company. If I could rate them a zero I would do so. Beware of this horrible company if you're traveling to or from the St. Louis Airport. They don't seem to care about leaving their customers in the lurch."

"I tried on numerous occasions to book a reservation for my daughter who is unable to drive & works a part-time job. Each time I called I received part of a message then it goes to what is a questionable tone. I did leave a message each time asking for a call back. This never happened!! My husband tried to book a pick up via the internet which stated at the end that we would be receiving a confirmation within an hour, 8 hours later still no reply! Even though the distance is a little over a mile a customer deserves to have a reply regardless of how much the ride costs. So disappointing! If your company doesn’t care about booking a ride the courteous thing would be to at least return a call! I have moved on but felt the need to express my Total disappointment!"

"I would rate a 0 if it were possible! Scheduled a taxi to pick us up on Christmas morning at 5:30 am for a trip..... confirmed 3xs prior to December 25th. They did not show and no one answered when we called. We left 3 messages for someone to return our call. We had to get an Uber last minute so we did not miss our flight. Returned from our trip in January 3rd.... no returned calls nor apologizes from the company! The owner claimed he “just got our message from December 25th??????” DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! It was awesome until this new guy bought it.... 10 years we used them with no problems..... no remorse or care that we almost missed our flight.... unacceptable!!!!"

"Called in advance for 5 am taxi pickup to go to the airport. They confirmed they would be there and never showed. Called a lyft instead, but nearly missed my flight. Don’t waste your time with this company."

"Terrible! I called 12 hours in advance to schedule a ride to STL airport. I spoke on the phone to arrange and texted the address & pickup time as directed. I rec'd a confirmation from the text. However the cab never showed. After 30 min frantically calling and texting, I was forced to take another cab service. This company cost me my intended flight. I would never recommend them for taxi service. Incredibly unprofessional."
