"Beware!!! If I could give negative stars I would. These people just try to take every last cent you have and never fix the actual problem of your car. I went for a diagnosis last week, ever since then these people were extremely rude and playing guess games on my car. I was in a hit and run accident and my car was mostly hit on the side, it’s been driving and started to have an overheating problem. These people said I should just total the car, they’re just lazy and don’t want to find what’s wrong with your car and will name everything else that’s not wrong with it to get more money in their pocket. After that diagnosis, they charged me for a water pump- everything came down to $1,950. Mind you, my car was still overheating so they obviously didn’t fix the problem. A neighbor friend looked at it for me, the whole cause of this overheating was a fuse that was blown. A $5 fuse. My car has been excellent ever since. Many people before this told me that my motor had a problem (while it was sitting at that corrupt service center), I have that so call warranty they claim. That warranty is also a scam too. Spoke to managers, whoever I needed to. They said they would send me a copy of my warranty and never did. It’s a scam for people to shop with them. I paid 4000 for my extended warranty and they act brand new. That warranty just doesn’t exist. Take your car anywhere else except of this place. I made an appointment in advance and they had me sit there for 6 hours, they have no pity for pregnant women or women in general. They just take advantage and are itching for money. No one ever answers the calls either, there’s a dude with a hat that sits at the desk all day playing Minecraft but has no time to pick up a phone. Managers just stare at you from different corners of the desk as if you are a threat. This whole place is just a joke."

"I would love more than anything then to make sure nobody gets a vehicle from clement in general. This place is an absolute headache to work with. The employees are absolutely horrible people. They have no clue what they are doing and have no want to get things done for customers. The guy Jesse from this location is dreadful. he knows absolutely nothing and doesn’t treat customers in the right way. Then the service manager Denis HORRIBLE person doesn’t know how to do anything right. This place should be shut down as a whole and also the original place the vehicle was bought from was the Florissant clement location they all are also horrible people there as well. We are now having to return said vehicle because of the hassle they have brought to my family with having said vehicle in the shop for now a MONTH. Over issues that should have been solved in maybe a few days. They screwed things over multiple times and made countless mistakes. I even hate giving them one star they deserve 0 and one thing I totally regret is that they made me and my significant other post a review on how amazing they were before we could even leave the building. And I would love more then anything to have that review taken back. Do not ever buy a vehicle from this company unless you want to be completely screwed over!"
