"I was working across the parking lot and needed to get my oil changed on my company fleet vehicle. They were very accommodating since I did not make an appointment. Also I needed to have the vehicle back within four hours! They met and exceeded all my expectations. Shoutout to this carx for great and professional service"

"Ryan helped me get everything I needed to register to my car to Missouri. He was very personal and super nice! He made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. I would not hesitate to go back to this location specifically for him to help me. Also while I was waiting another worker, an older guy, not sure what his name was, asked if I wanted any coffee or anything and was very polite as well."

"It’s bad there isn’t zero stars. Do not make an appointment here. I made an appointment for 2 PM and 3:30 PM to get emissions test done on both of my vehicles. The guy said yeah I can’t get you in back to back but I can get you back in at 3:30. 2 PM comes up they have an open spot in the dock so I guess my appointment was valid. 2 PM appointment goes off without a hitch when I arrive back at 3:30. I greet Ryan by saying “time for round two.” He says, “you just here to drop it off?” I replied, No I have a 330 appointment. He says, “no I don’t have an appointment for you. (This is the guy I made the appointment with I’m speaking to.) He says, as you can tell all of my bays are full I’ve got a lot of repairs I’m backed up on. This is the point when he told on himself; we’ll get back that momentarily. At this point he says, so do you want to drop it off or not? I replied no I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. He replied to me “that’s all right.” After that him and I have a bit of a back-and-forth about the fact that he doesn’t care of my business is walking away. He says to me, you can take your $24 somewhere else I make millions of dollars for this company and have a 4.8 on Google ( it’s actual 4.7 as of today and dropping.) I don’t need your business. So I surmise what happened was they had a walk-in client for a repair. she walked in right before me and seem to possibly be learning disabled. I have no doubt in my mind that they replaced my appointment with her and that they are taking advantage of her financially. It is well known around my neighborhood that they gouge prices there which is why I would only take my business there for a $24 job. do not spend money with this company. They are predators, and they will not live up to appointment agreements if they can swindle somebody else before you."

"I'm dealing with replacing a lug stem that those quacks cross threaded while trying to doope my poor disabled mother out of $750 to do brakes to pass her safety inspection. Those brakes still had 15% life left on them. Thanks for making our lives more difficult! What a horrible company. I wish she had remembered we don't go to Car-X for anything. This is why."
