Pomp's Tire Service

"First time I've used them I had them come out and remove a tire so I could bring it in and get a new tire Had 2 other service people come and look and tell me they could not do it les came And had the tire off in 10 minutes These guys rock Will clearly be using them in the future The only thing that I will say Is that when they quoted me the service call they did not include all the little finance charging They said the service call would be 140 my bill was 169 Past that These guys do what they say and say what they do and you can't ask for more"

"Great experience . Got four new tires on back of my flatbed tow truck . Got right in and out . Kept me informed of any changes that came up. No complaints."

"Called about putting a tube in a combine tire and was told it would take about thirty minutes. Took them two hours according to the invoice. Tire went flat immediately after installing. Took to a different tire shop and was told the tube was installed incorrectly. Went back to Pomp's and was told there was no way to do it incorrectly. Ends up getting eighty one dollars back on a two hundred sister five dollar bill. Lesson learned.. Never go back there again."

"Easy delivery. Just be sure to contact them to schedule a delivery time even if you told the broker to do so. Also, the tires I delivered normally are on a flatbed."

"This morning I went to pop's to have my tires looked at on my 1997 firebird Pontiac for slow leaks. I spoke with a guy named Kevin who told me they do not do. They only do commercial vehicles not personal vehicles. I know that it's not true due to me being working in the area for over 10 years I've taken many of my company vehicles up there for tire services. Kevin seen a little bit not with this morning. A little bit upset. I don't know. Was it my skin color but he, also announce that they don't do cars with special rims or 22s on them which referred to me. That's a racial slur out of itself. I don't know what's going on but I've done service with pops within the last 10 years with my vehicles and my company vehicles for tire services. Can someone please rectify the situation. My name is Michael Spurgeon you can look up and see I've been there many times with no problem. Now this Kevin guy who I've never seen before sitting stared at me before he even said good morning or hello like I was just a piece of dirt just standing there and I had to speak to him before he spoke to me. This is poor customer service and poorly how you treat your customers"
