Jacob ordered a replacement tire and got me on my way SO QUICKLY. He really rushed to my rescue. The entire staff there was really nice and accommodating. I’m so grateful for their help and can’t recommend them enough!"

"Incredibly rude and arrogant. Just a hassle to interact with. Don’t waste your time or support this business. Response: You must have the definition of polite swapped with the word condescending. Regardless of your answer to a request for service, you chose to be discourteous and rude instead. That was what I took issue with. And I shouldn’t have to explain it to you like a child. Don’t support this business!"

The mechanic I dealt with is a trustworthy, experienced mechanic and I am confident in his work and his word. He took the time to explain a great deal of information to me about my vehicle. Each interaction I had with Cantrell left me with the impression that he is much more focused on the health and wellness of my vehicle than he is on making a buck."
