"When you are a person of color the atmosphere is very off upon walking in, they don’t greet you! Your sandwich is made differently from others who walk in. If you ask for cookies they won’t baked them. And if you do get cookies they don’t let me rest after you inform them you’re in no rush and the store is empty. Old management or. We management I can’t tell a difference nothing has improved."

"Very disappointed in this store. I came in on a slow day there was only one employee. Come to find out an inspector was in the building. Employee Luis didn't want to get any more cheese and was out of almost every cheese options and his excuse for not wanting to get is because an inspector was in the building. Worst service I have ever had."

"Had to edit this used to give this store better but when I ask for a foot long today beef and only get 4 slices of roast beef for the whole sandwich it was the last time I have set for in any subway. I will stick to Goodcents from now on."
