"The prices have gone up a lot! They have cut way back on the amounts that they put on your order! They are not friendly at all! I didn't even want to pay for the order but I told my sons that I would get it for them. I didn't get anything for me, I didn't order drinks, and I didn't even get get a cookie for them (I always surprise them with a cookie)! For what I was charged, I could have taken all of us to a real restaurant, sat down in a nice environment, had a person serve us, have an appetizer, drinks, refills, eat a complete meal, and take food home! It would have also been a nice experience! I am done with Subway!! You can charge what ever you want, but I am only willing to pay for the value that I am getting! Its called supply and demand! Figure it out! Just so you know, there once was a thing called customer service! Get some! Oh wait, you need customers for that. You just lost one!"

"First I will explain that it was close to closing time, so that was part of the problem with the food. The service was fine, but for some reason there was a metal shelf in front of the glass where the different meats and cheeses were. You couldn’t see the condition of the food or how it was being prepared. I prefer being able to watch this process. The bread was very dry, but as I said, it was late. Not being able to see the sandwich being prepared and the bread being dry is not usual for this particular location, so I will try it again and see if it will be better next time."

"I got a footlong Monster, The girl working the counter asked the right questions, she knew what she was doing and both of them working had in under control. Food was good. I used to manage a Subway, and they nailed it. If I had been a secret shopper they would’ve passed with flying colors."
