"The manager Heaven has got to be one of the rudest and most unprofessional manager I've come across. To see a line form but only bark orders to the young lady making sandwiches and go to the back and roll some more bread, bring it to the front, say a couple things and go to the back again rather then try to offer to jump in an help. Then when the pleasant young lady was doing making our sandwiches (we had 4) Heaven in a very rude tone calls the young lady by her name and calls out some flaw, then rolls her eyes and says whatever! I about lost my ish. As a manager you address things in the back or when others aren't around, you don't roll your eyes and say whatever in front of customers. I was going to address it and the young lady looked at me and said it's ok. Ummm no it's not ok! Overall, Heaven was extremely unprofessional and rude. If I were the general manager of this store, I would be embarrassed to have Heaven as a manager seeing the way she treats customers and her fellow coworkers, as well as her childish behavior."

"my family and i went in today around 1:30pm to get lunch to go. Sophia is EXCELLENT; very sweet, kind and a fast worker despite the small line of people and a VERY rude manager, Heaven. the entire time Sophia was making/taking orders and working hard, Heaven was just standing in the doorway, rolling her eyes, scoffing, and complaining about unrelated issues. it seemed more important for Heaven to stand around and have an attitude rather than helping customers and her coworker. completely unacceptable to be treated this way by anybody. very unwelcoming and overall killed the atmosphere."

"I’m giving them one more star than they deserve just because I didn’t get as much attitude as I anticipated to get. I’ve given them a chance. But to begin, I never get what I want. My order is always messy, the girls working have terrible customer service. I always walk out hating subway. I always tell myself you knew better than to come here for lunch. I just wanted something quick and tasty. It always fails though."
