"Wow! When I got my drink this morning in the drive thru, the worker walked it outside to me while I was waiting behind a big food order so I wouldn't have to wait. In single degree temps! Great service!"

"Slowest Sonic on the planet. 15 minute wait for a couple drinks, consistently. Doesn't matter how busy the place is, it always takes ages. Go somewhere else."

"Dirty, overflowing trash cans, extremely slow to answer and deliver food and food barely warm. No lime or cherry in my limeade. Won’t be back to this location. This isn’t the first time I’ve had these issues."

"They do the best they can; usually being slammed with cars wrapped around the building if your unlucky enough to go at lunch or 5pm hour. They are always nice to us whenever we have gone; and we go a few times a week-they are always very polite and when not packed; takes them an average if not slightly quickly, your order out to you. Always asks if we need anything else, etc etc. The fact that they’re always polite, even if I’m not the one paying (otherwise I would leave a tip, at least the coins), but some choose not to do that—they still don’t get mad, or are ever unprofessional. I just wish they opened early or late as their Apple Maps phone number shows that they’re open. 4/5"

"It's hard to give an underwhelming review. Especially when it's fast food. I mean, what do you expect, right? The crux of it was just how little a priority cleanliness was outside where your customer is. We had a group there and we sat outside. The tables were a bit grimey and the area wasn't well kept. The surrounding area is nice, so there's that, but maybe we just hit it at a bad time. Could be better tomorrow. Food was okay. I somehow think Sonic's ice cream has reduced in quality though, over the years. It's hard to see that. I hope it's just me because I do enjoy blizzards. But the edge has come off the product. Service was on the fence. I like erroring on the generous side, but this is how the visit began, so you be the judge. Them: Hello? Us: Yes we'd like to place an order? Them: .... Us: can you hear me? Them: ... Us: ...hello? Them: ...go ahead Us: We would like... Them: Hold up... Us: Ok.... Them: .... Us: ... Them: Okay Us: (Finally orders.) From there it was just some impatience, brevity, and inconsiderateness. I'm not trying to be too hard. It could have been really bad. And it's fast food. You need to appreciate people that do it. Not everyone has customer service skills and this is where you develop it. The carhop was pleasant and someone waved to us as we left. That was nice. Probably some good young people working there, meaning well. There was nothing to get bent out of shape over, and we just enjoyed our time there regardless. I think maybe it was just an underwhelming evening. They probably do fine otherwise. Although the customer service skills and cleanliness need work. Hopefully this will be an opportunity to improve some, but if not, I'd still consider coming back, just because of my expectations, but being fair I might try somewhere else first."
