"Usually the experience here is just fine but tonight was odd. When I got there and I was waiting to order, I watched the employee take the chow mein from a box that was mixed with fried rice and put the chow mein back into the serving bowl. (I'm guessing the order was supposed to be just the rice?) When I got my meal, the chow mein of course had a good amount of fried rice in it. I'm not sure about the stores policies when it comes to getting the order wrong but I'd be surprised if the solution was to put it back from someone's plate into the bowl that serves everyone else. Like I said, the service from here is normally fine would this was strange is all. Lowering review due to employee rolling his eyes and acting rude to a customer ahead of me in line. Immediately walked out. This was the same employee described above."

"I ordered delivery which included 6 egg rolls. They sent 4 egg rolls and when I contacted them, they asked me to call the delivery company or go to the store at a different time to get the remaining 2 rolls. I would expect the restaurant to diligently check the order for correctness before handing it to the delivery person. The least I expected is a refund for the undelivered item."

"We've been coming here for years, but the last 3 months the ice machine has been out. Like literally no ice. For 3 months! No accommodations made, no ice borrowed, no bags of ice brought in . Just a billion $ company putting their hands up. It's ridiculous. Do better Panda Express"

"Panda has really declined over the years. Not sure what happened. It's never been a healthy option, but it used to taste good. The Chow Mein was dry and without flavor. Hardly anything in it either. The Orange Chicken was hollow in flavor. After the initial foretaste there was nothing there. Maybe it was old. Beijing Beef used to be their flagship, but it was also dry and had an oily taste. Very bland too. Honestly it was the very least enjoyable visit than at any time in the past I'd been. And this is finishing a slow decline. Service was standard. Not good or bad. Cleanliness was so so. Just a below expectations visit. If anything, it was good for my kid as the noodles had so little veggies in it, they really liked it. It can be affordable. If you combine options, like ordering a Bigger Plate and a side of noodles, you can feed two for less than $20 , which is what we did."

"It’s so frustrating now a days with the food industry. I ordered orange chicken and beef and broccoli. As you can see I got broccoli with brown sauce…no beef in sight. Done with panda, my rewards will just expire!"
