"Asked a a frozen coffee drink and it was like water. I didn’t taste any coffee flavor at all. Ordered an Oreo icecream shake and again it was like water. Not ice cream. Very disappointed to pay $16 for two drinks and not have a frozen beverage. Very disappointing"
