"Ordered a pizza for delivery! And hour and 15 minutes later. Still no pizza. Called back only to be told that they had it down for a “pick up”and that they’d remake the pizza and deliver it. Another hour and 40 minutes later it’s now 11:40 at night and still no pizza. Called back again only to have “Trish” be condescending and arrogant. I just asked for a refund and she said it would take up to 5 days. It’s two weeks later and still the money hasn’t been credited back to my account. So basically they steal your money. Don’t order here!!! We ended up getting Taco Bell that night. I’d rather tear my money up and throw it in the trash than give it to these thief’s ever again. Literally spend your money anywhere else."

"I really like this location for carryout. We do order delivery from them as well, but it is such a convenient location and they honestly have food ready so fast. I ordered while sitting in the parking lot next door, played on my phone for like 10 minutes, and my pizza was ready. Easy, quick, and very little interaction required. Perfect after a long day of work."

"Ordered a large stuffed crust pizza, it was Supposed to have Alfredo sauce on it but instead I received a pizza with marinara sauce on it. I tried calling the store and just sat on hold the entire time, attempting to have them make it right. Absolutely terrible customer service and sloppy management. Do better with your company. Although the delivery guy was nice."

"If you're going to order from Papa John's don't order from this one. I ordered a pepperoni pizza tonight and it looks like they burnt it originally and then put more cheese on it to try to fix it. Almost all of the pepperoni is under the cheese. The cheese is hard. And you can't take a bite out of a slice without everything else coming off with it. Honestly, I should be glad I got the drink I ordered too. The last time I ordered from this location I wasn't given my whole order."
