Little Caesars Pizza

"I with a few other people wanted to order little Cesar’s because it’s cheap and good but come to find out this location is the worse and I mean worse pizza place ever we ordered 2 pizzas and never got them and we ordered wings which come with 8 and I only got 4 worse pizza place ever dominos is ten times better"

"When I arrived the manager made it obvious that since I wanted read the menu. I wasn't wanted there and I should know what I wanted before arriving and price should never be a concern. When I went to orde.r I then was told the menu is not correct. All prices and items are not as presented on menu. Telling me "the menu has not updated". I have heard this same line from this location for about 6 months now, but somehow no other local little Caesars has this scenario! When I asked for the #to cooperate (to ask why this location is not like other local locations)I was told to " look it up yourself". Then I asked for the # to the owner and was given a name of josh and a #. When I called it I got a hold of a arrogant smart mouthed person that basically had no regard for customer service and said I don't care either pay the 30% premium (higher than the menu price) this location wants compared to other local locations or leave. I have not been so insulted and disappointed in quite some time!"

"Food has gotten much better at Little Caesar’s , unlike their competitors, which has gone downhill. Food is always good at this location. I order every Saturday afternoon now.. keep it up!"

"I received my food about 20 minutes after placing my order. however, the pizza and bread sticks were extremely stale and not fresh whatsoever. Don't make the same mistake and order from this location."

"I hope the owner sees this. Your own manager informed an entire store full of angry customers who had been waiting well over an hour on Mobil orders, that per your orders, they were to continue with the pretzel crust pizzas, knowing you didn’t have all the ingredients to make it. We drove over thirty minutes, and waited over an hour and a half for a pizza, that we were LATER informed that you didn’t have all the ingredients for, AFTER we paid. Even more so, the crust was extremely burnt. We did not receive a refund, but will be contacting corporate on Monday. This is beyond unacceptable. You also had a young man at the front who was giving everyone who walked in the same estimated wait time of 20 minutes, with customers in the store who had been waiting well over an hour on their orders. Yes, my son ate the toppings off a slice of pizza, because he was two, and was hungry after waiting so long on pizza."
