"When you spend $63.00 and delivery says 12:25-12:35 you should have your food by 12:45. At 1:15 we called and just got “it’s out for delivery”. Then I got silence when I asked why they wouldn’t call us to tell us the delivery was delayed no apology nothing. Best part when we got our order-1 hour late-it was cold so that tells me we doubled up the delivery driver with orders to save a buck. If I wanted cold a** food we would have used door dash. Do better people if you can’t handle the delivery orders then shut them off. I shouldn’t have cold food for $63.00 and I can bet I wasn’t the only one."

"Have ordered three times from here. Food has always been good, but the delivery is terribly inconsistent. The first time we ordered, it arrived 40 minutes late. Second time was right on time - maybe even a couple minutes early. Tonight was the third time and it was 50 minutes late. No more delivery from this store for us. We can't depend on them. We'll try carryout and hope for better results."

"This location was an old eat in location. It's nothing to write home about. I have heard some of the old school stores are coming back. So maybe atmosphere could change. The food I had delivered was hot and amazing. Thanks. Keep it up!!"

"No consistency from order to order. The problem with this location is there isn’t any consistency at all. My family regularly orders the exact same pizza Medium Cheese, pan crust, extra cheese, with light sauce. Depending on the day it may come out perfect as ordered, but more often than not I’d estimate 8 out of 10 orders the pizza arrives without much cheese and too much sauce. This particular order the pizza arrived with very little cheese and way too much sauce, even after adding comments in the comment area to do extra light sauce. Some form of quality control training needs to happen at this location. When I am able to order from other locations I don’t see the incorrectness of my order and inconsistency with my order that comes from this location."
