"My wife, Nicole, posted a review below about our Highlander, which had the bumper fall off at highway speeds (twice). The owner of Molle responded to her review and said that we "have not visited [Molle] since we purchased the vehicle in '21." This is true, because we moved to Springfield, MO soon after buying it. Does us moving 2 hours away negate our $50k+ purchase from Molle? Can we not still reasonably expect Molle to advocate on our behalf with Toyota Corporate? Or do ANYTHING of substance to support us? They knew what was happening, and they did nothing. The owner also says that "when you serviced the vehicle at Reliable, there was no concern about the bumper." Which time? When it fell off the first time, was undrivable, and we had to have it towed there? Or the second time, when Toyota Corporate finally admitted there is a safety problem and now the car is grounded? To be clear: WE STILL DON'T HAVE OUR VEHICLE BECAUSE THEY CAN'T FIX IT AND THEY WON'T DO A BUY-BACK. We called Molle BOTH times and they told us there is nothing they would do about it. I sent them a certified letter notifying them of the problem, and they didn't even bother to respond. Molle can obfuscate the problem all they want - they still have a problem."
"Ismael sabeha is an outstanding salesman. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. He did more than we asked for and we could not be happier. If you're buying from Molle Toyota, be sure to ask for Ismael"
"In July 2021, we purchased a brand new Highlander Hybrid Platinum from Molle Toyota. Ten months later, while driving with my husband and 7-month-old daughter, the bumper detached on the highway, jeopardizing our safety. The car was undriveable and we had to wait on the side of the road for 2+ hours waiting on a tow. Despite being under warranty, Molle Toyota, Reliable Toyota of Springfield (where car was towed to), and Toyota Corporate refused responsibility, leaving us with an over $2,000 repair bill. A year and a half later, a safety recall was issued for the bumper problem, validating our experience, and highlighting the serious safety concerns. Shockingly, the bumper fell off again (at highway speeds once more) less than a week after the recall was published, putting my family at risk yet again. Despite our pleas, Molle Toyota and Toyota Corporate failed to rectify the situation or provide a timeline for repairs. Our car has been grounded for over 70 days because it is not drivable, and Toyota Corporate rejected our buy-back claim. We're now left with little to no options outside of pursuing lemon law claim. We are deeply concerned about the safety implications and incredibly let down by the lack of accountability from Molle Toyota and Toyota Corporate."
"10/10 experience all around! Our salesman, Todd, was absolutely fantastic, and you could tell by the genuinely friendly attitudes of everyone else in the office that you can’t go wrong here! My fiance and I both had to purchase new cars in the last couple months so between us both we’ve been to literally 15+ dealers/used car lots in the area AND completely scoured Carvana. After 5 minutes with Todd we immediately felt at ease. He was honest and up front and didn’t try to trick/pressure us into unnecessary fees/warranties. He didn’t pressure us to sign a single document and actually said he would prefer not to run my credit (so as not to ding it unnecessarily) until we were totally informed and comfortable with the vehicle and the price. He even went as far as to point out little dings that I didn’t even notice on the used car I purchased and he ensured those areas were perfected before I took it home. I could go on and on—especially after all the horrific experiences we had everywhere else in town. We look forward to doing business with them in the future and will be recommending them to all our friends and family!"
"Overall, the experience was good. The dealership is honest and straightforward which is hard to find. The parts that I found frustrating was the trade in process. I tried to get a range over the phone which they would not provide. This would have helped so I didn't bring 2 cars. With 2 small kids and the buying car process which took over 4 hours, we ended up getting home after 8pm since we had to make multiple trips to pick up the cars. The other part that I feel is lacking is the car was very dirty when we received it. There was dirt in all the door jams and water spots all over the car. They told me I had to wait 1 extra day to pick up the car for it to be detailed and when I see that it was dirty on the day of pickup after they had an extra-day was beyond disappointing. I tried to get them to redeem themselves when I had to pickup the paperwork for title and accessories. I asked them to detail the car. I picked up the car and again there was water marks like the car was spayed with a hose and left to dry in the sun. They never cleaned all the dirt in the door jams. I am posting a picture after the second said "detail." In the end I think getting an honest price is the best just don't expect them to make the process easy or enjoyable and expect to pay to have a brand new car cleaned."
