"what a joke of a company... wont even return phone calls for more than 3 weeks now. Even when they are obviously liable they claim no fault but now they can talk to my state farm lawyers instead of me lol but there a terrible company so they get what they deserve. Dont buy ghetto insurances guys thats the lesson of the day."

"Worst company I've ever seen sent 2 death certificates all ready and they want another saying they have not received them they are not free sent every thing they asked for in there own self addressed envelope thought about life insurance for myself but am quickly shying away from this company it has now been months since my brother passed and still no word from these people.have any of the people that wrote these reviews considered contacting a lawyer maybe we could get together and see what we can do about them"

"Today 1/29/2024, I spoke with numerous customer service representatives trying to get value letters on policies my husband has with this company. The first representative was very kind and considerate of my issue and I resent my POA. She said to wait one hour, which I did. I then spoke with Barbara S. who tracked down the POA, explained the policies to me and said she would get the letters emailed to me. Since this was a rush request to help me get my husband placed in Memory Care, I did call back. I could not understand the name of the representative who answered. She explained that they would go out by end of day. I simply asked if she could verify the last names spelling on the email address. She became very indignant and mean. I was shocked and hurt by this kind of treatment. She then yelled at Barb to make sure she spelled the name correctly. I received my letters directly after this exchange. Barbara and representative 1 are top notched and care about their customers. Customer Service Rep number 3 should not be a representative for this company. She is a mean and ugly Karen."

"Letter was mailed with a ten dollar check in it. If you cash or deposit the check you are opening the door to a salesman. They are preying on the elder to take the bate so they can talk them into buying something they don't need. My brother had just gotten out of the hospital and I was taking him his dinner when I walked in the salesman was telling him to just sign here. I cried out don't sign anything and manage to run that crook out. Beware!!!!!"
