"Very easy to schedule an appointment. They do charge a convenience fee per tire, however comparing them to other companies their tires are cheaper so it all equaled out but you get the convenience of them coming to you. The tech was very friendly and arrived on time. Took less than an hour to install four brand new tires. I will definitely recommend them and use them again."

"I almost wish I had another flat tire so I could use them again ! I had a flat that I hoped could be repaired. Easy to schedule and good follow up communication. Two individuals arrived when expected. They were friendly and efficient and certainly appeared to love what they were doing. I have an F250 and had never needed to change a tire on it before. They took the time to show me exactly how to lower the spare from below the truck bed as well as give me some pointers about my poor tire wear. The tire was unrepairable so they put the spare on. All of that in 15 minutes ! A pleasure to work with and will definitely recommend and use again if necessary."

"Originally put a 5 star review but changing it due to events. I chose Zohr not because I needed a mobile service but because of their 5 star reviews and did not want ANY damage to my new wheels. Tech was very nice and professional, arrived on time no complaints for him specifically. They were to take my 6 month old tires from my current wheels (already dismounted), remove them and Mount them to my new wheels (did not need them to Mount wheels to vehicle). Tech did this, absolutely not a scratch to be found on the new wheels, perfect. Either they were not balanced properly or the tech miss labeled the wheel positions because after mounting to vehicle car has a VERY hard pull. Vehicle had alignment checked and done 6 months ago, tires are still practically new and vehicle drove straight as possible before this. Emailed Zohr and their reply was for me, the customer, to swap the wheels in the 16 different possible variations until the car drove straight. I tried to get them to come out but they would not. I was able to try 5 myself before emailing them back which they have ghosted me after 1 email. So now after paying a premium of $450 for tire mounting and 2 new TPMS’s I’m left with a car that pulls to the side and will likely have to spend more money to have a shop look at it. I found it very cooperate like to take my money and completely drop off once there was an issue. To say the least I won’t be using Zohr again in the future."
