"So i came in needing a new battery. They helped me pick out a new battery and told me that i can get it installed for free at jiffy lube. So i go to jiffy lube and they said they cant install a battery from a different shop! Even tho they guy was really confident telling me they will do it! So now i get to wait until 4 pm in hopes someone from advance auto will come put my battery in. Pretty disappointed and annoyed."
"Please, for the love of all that is good, fix your alarm! The peace and quite of the neighborhood is essential. Nobody, and I mean nobody, wants to hear your alarm blast for over 30 minutes at 7 in the morning. If this continues, I and other neighbors will be forced to file a grievance with the city. AGAIN."
