"Wish I could give less than 1 star. Don’t even know where to start honestly. They had my car for over 3 MONTHS. When I initially took it in for repair they told me it would take between three and four weeks depending on parts. After week two they informed me that they got all the parts in and we’re beginning the repair and it should be done in another week or two however when that time went by and I called, it was “oh things are taking a little bit longer we’re running into issues” which is okay but after now a month and half has gone by and the last 3 weeks has been them saying the same thing but with no other information…I COME TO FIND OUT THAT MY CAR IS SITTING IN THE BACK LOT UNTOUCHED. So of course now I’m furious because they’ve been lying to me this whole time so I call my insurance and they call the dealership THEN they bring it in and start actually working on it. Regardless, even that didn’t do much, they still continued to give me the same exact excuse and answer for another 5-6 weeks and while I debated moving it to another shop they’d now had it for so long It wouldn’t benefit me to move it somewhere. Then to top it off towards the three month mark they finally told me that they were basically done just painting the last pieces and should be done early next week. But of course, that next week comes and goes and then so does the next one after that. This place is a joke, I bought my new car here and my family has bought multiple cars here over the years but that won’t happen anymore solely to this experience. And can’t forget to add on top of everything above, when I informed the Dealership it was taking longer than I expected and that my insurance rental car was running out of time they offered to pay ONE other day. And when that one other day expired, I was still out of car so my insurance suggested to try asking if they could loan me a rental car from them.. I tried to get in communication with them for two weeks because the guy I spoke with said he had to check with his boss and “doesn’t know yet” so after that two weeks, they informed me that they didn’t have any other rental cars at the moment so I continued to check during all of month 2 to see if they had a car yet and they never had one available. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and after I started telling people my story on this, I found out that there are a ton of others very similar and bad experiences with them."

"My car was brought in for an inspection after an accident, and they got it done pretty quick. The staff was helpful, but my favorite part was the office dog I saw in the collision center. That gives me more of a positive opinion than anything else. I did take off one star, however, because when I went to pickup my car, they had left the trunk slightly ajar and it drained the battery. Had to wait for them to jump it before I could go. Otherwise, everything was great."

"Great experience at the collision center. They were quick to get my vehicle in and took the time to explain the process to me. They kept me updated every step of the way. When my vehicle was complete they reviewed everything they did and answered all of my questions. Nick Tremonti was great work with."

"Matthew was great to work with, easy to communicate with. My car was in a little longer due to the fact the Hendrick highers outside installers for decals. The inside and outside of my car was dirty. I’ll be washing it today."

"Had an excellent experience at the collision center at Hendrick Chevrolet. I had to bring my 2021 Honda civic in for some minor damage and everyone I met with was very friendly and helpful. They took their time explaining the repair estimate to me and the estimated time it would take to make repairs. They kept me updated along the way so I always knew what the status of my vehicle was. When the work was finished. The reviewed everything with me and even had my car cleaned. I would recommend Hendrick to anyone who needs repair work done."
