"I wanted to try New Concept Auto Service because I had a flyer coupon in the mail that I had received, plus they were very close to where I lived. The service was great as they did a complete inspection of my vehicle and even found some things that I was not aware of that needed attention. I declined for now as it was not in my budget to get those things fixed, but may swing back around in the near future. I did have one issue after I was done and the check engine light came on, which it wasn't on when I brought it in. I called New Concept back up to explain and they had me bring it back in to inspect. They discovered that when they put the oil cap back on they didn't seal it properly which allowed air to get in causing the light to go on. They promptly fixed it and I was on my way. I would recommend them but would definitely make an appointment as they seem to get busy pretty quickly."
