"It’s just the cutest little mom and Pop shop ever! My favorite part is how fresh the food is. When I placed my order, I actually watched them prep a fresh chicken breast, not frozen, or precooked, but fresh! I don’t know what they use in their breadings, but I think they’re the best chicken strips on the face of the Earth and don’t even get me started on the onion rings! One of the few great route 66 stops left ."

"Went and got some lunch from here today. Got to my car and opened up my dinner size grilled chicken salad and this is what I got. This would have been okay for a side salad but not a main course that I was charged over $8 for."

"So tucked away is this little obscure diner, more like a little burger joint that has the flashback to the 50’s and 60’s! The seating area inside is tiny but comfortable. There are also some tables outside if you want to eat picnic style. The food was great and the portions are good as well. The fries could have stood to be cooked a little longer but that comes down to who is cooking at the time. The homemade onion rings were the bomb! The staff were all friendly and having a good time which is contagious and made the customers happy as well. Worth trying if you are in the area!"

"Went here with my husband and two of our children. The food was great and reasonably priced. The burgers were well made, generously portioned and they topped them exactly how we like them. The fries were fresh cut and good but the real stand out was the onion rings, which were obviously made in house and were perfect. We will be back because we liked it and also because the kids are absolutely certain that their grandpa will love it and they want to bring him."

"Good diner, not great. Portion size in food was excellent. The fries and onion rings were excellent. The fried mushrooms were good, the ranch fresh. The hamburger was average, which was disappointing since I was told they were great. Frito pie was very good - meal size portion. The chocolate malt was neither chocolatey nor malty."
