"What a great experience. We’ve had an old noisy caravan for years that you could hear from half a mile away. We thought fixing it was going to cost an arm and a leg when our mechanic told us we were better off going to a specialty exhaust shop. Well I googled it and the closest shop was Charlie’s. A place I’d driven by thousands of times to and from work. We took it up there to drop it off and he couldn’t have been nicer. An hour or two later he told us it was done and when we picked it up. I was skeptical on how good of an improvement he could have possibly made in the little time he had it, but we could not believe the difference. It sounded like new, and the kicker was it cost less than $70. Now I know not all jobs Charlie works on are going to cost less than $70 but I was very grateful mine was. 10/10 would recommend!"

"I have never had such a great experience!! I called Charlie's on Monday afternoon asking for a second opinion on the cost of exhaust issues. The dealership quoted me $2500 for it. He penciled me in for the next morning at 9am. I showed up, was helped right away. Once he took a good look at the issue, he asked me to come look and see. I got under my car and he pointed out the issue, said it would be $60 to weld and he'd do it right now. I will definitely be coming back to Charlie's if I have any other issues. What a great guy!"
