"Overpriced, didn't even give me a definitive answer about what was wrong with my car. When you take your car to a mechanic and pay them to diagnose your car. You normally expect them to tell you exactly what is wrong with it. First off, $140 for diagnosis is crazy. Most places charge at most 100. Second, they told me that my mass air flow sensor was bad and that they THINK it's the reason. Third, they want $435 dollars for a $50 dollar part and a ten minute fix. Trust me, I understand the business needs to make money, but come on. Stop overcharging and underdelivering, and stop taking advantage of people who don't understand cars. Never coming back and telling anyone who will list how bad of a mechanic this is. Don't bring your car here. There are plenty of other spots that will treat you right."
"Excellent service! Great deals! Took the car in for an oil change and they identified the need for two control arm / ball joint replacements. Fair price on the parts and labor and the repair was completed in less than 24 hours. Best mechanic in the area."

"This place is really great! I was in town for just a couple of days and developed an engine compartment rattle in my Toyota 4Runner. Phil accepted my walk-in request, got the car on the lift, diagnosed a missing bolt in a catalytic converter heat shield, replaced same, test drove the car, and returned it to me rattle free. This was all done immediately after my no notice phone call. Phil and Jake are the absolute best. But wait! When I tried to pay, they would not have it, and just sent me on my way! How can you do better than that?"
