"We bought a door and used their recommended installer, it is a slider and does not work properly, reached out to them they said pull it out, return they would replace, but expense of removal, return and re install all on us. We will be well over 3000 by the time we get our door fixed. Never once did we hear the word sorry you have had trouble. The installer was rude and dismissive when I simply tried to get an estimate to redo the job. I have handled customer complaints for 30 years and my first words are sorry for your trouble. We will go elsewhere for any future business and would not recommend them or their installer. Feel very cheated."
