"Today is October 10 2023. As I write this we are stopping every 30 minutes or so to put paper on the side of the fuel line to hold it in place as we spew diesel, following what we thought was a simple oil change. Do not bring your RV to the most unreliable place I have ever seen. We brought our RV to get an oil change after our trip on the east coast. We stopped off in Missouri to visit our grandkids for a few days. Brought it to them on October 4th with a scheduled appointment at 8:30AM, seven hours later they finished. I parked it at my daughters house did not move it again until Friday when I parked it at the Legion on Scenic stayed there till Sunday morning then drove it back to my daughters for my grandson’s birthday party. The plan was to head out that day after the party to home in Louisiana. However once I arrived in my daughter subdivision someone followed me flagged me down to inform me I was pouring out diesel. On Monday morning brought it back to them waited another three hours. Which brings us to today it was not fixed it came apart again. Every so often removing the ball of diesel soaked auto paper towel to replace with a dry one. Dangerous and costly! Do not be fooled by the word reliable. Now I just hope we make it home."

"We were on the road in our RV when the interior water pump quit working. I Googled them and we stopped there at 2:30pm on a Saturday. They got us right in, diagnosed the faulty pump and replaced it. We were back on the road by 3:30pm. They were very fair with their pricing, wished us a Merry Christmas and safe travels. We highly recommend them!!"
