"My car broke down on a Sunday coming back from Branson, MO, two hours from home. Geico recommended and set up my car getting towed to Abel's. The owner called me first thing Monday morning and told me what the problem was. They offer to bring your vehicle to you but I opted to pick up my vehicle instead. The owner accommodated me since I would be getting there after hours. Unfortunately, the car was not ready for me to drive home that night as there was possibly another issue with my car. No fault to the owner but possible miscommunication with the mechanic that worked on it. It was resolved and while they should have charged me for some additional work on the car, they did not. The owner himself told me he would personally drive my car to me the next day for my troubles and he did! Obviously, they stand by their work or they would not make a two hour drive. They went over and above to get me back in my vehicle earlier than I anticipated and even topped my car off in the process! I highly recommend."
