"The auto body staff here made my Tesla Model 3 look like brand new after a deer jumped out in front of me and completed bashed in the front passenger door, window, front bumper, and headlight area. Kyle was great to deal with, whole process was seamless, and they worked with Progressive to get me taken care of. Parts arrived relatively quick! Hopefully won’t have to my car worked on again due to deer damage (fingers crossed) but I know where I’ll be taking my Tesla for any future auto body repairs. "Timewise it took a little over two months to get the truck done which was fine I received the truck back I had a very bad vibration in it took it in twice for them to fix it they could not figure out what the vibration was they had to replace the aftermarket rough country front suspension and bypassed looking at the Bad ball joint and replacing it still has a vibration in After I replaced the bad ball joint. Several times I took it in because it air conditioning was not working then they claimed that it was not caused by the wreck when the first initial time he openly said that they disconnected the AC lines and did not recharge it properly. so now the AC compressor is not working so I’m going to be out roughly $1000 to have that replaced. Several crossmembers holding fenders was not reconnected and I have paint chipping and peeling cracking They said they warrenty work for lifetime but refused to fix anything all they did was recharged my AC and said it had a bad compressor that was not related,which was because of their installation they also remedied my vibration by aligning my tires which did not remedy the problem I would not recommend this companyAs they do not stand behind their work I am very dissatisfied. Just imagine driving down the road and your whole truck shaking vibrating meanwhile is 98° outside and you have no AC"
