"The staff was friendly and courteous. The pricing was excellent for the inspection. The whole facility was clean and organized. Only problem we have is that when we came in for the inspection we told them that the left blinker was out and he assured us it would be taken care of for it to pass inspection. It was not. Not sure what happened in the communication cycle but…."

"I've been going to this Big O store for several years and have always felt that they gave me good advice when buying tires and tire services. They are knowledgeable and considerate. I've never felt pressured to buy any upgrades or things that I could reasonably delay having done until a later date."

"If your car breaks down from the reason you brought it in there to fix a half a mile from their shop after paying them a couple hundred dollars the MANAGER will tell you that it's not his responsibilty and HUNG up on me. This happened a couple months ago and need more work done on my truck so it reignited this hatred. But dont worry you can pay for another tow back to their shop where hey will CHARGE you to fix again what they didnt fix in the first place. Also their north glenstone location doesn't have a state inspector because I'm pretty sure they lost their license for a couple months. The main mechanic is rarely available as well. Spent 3 grand on my truck and went to three different Big O tires before this was handled."

"Amazing service, I showed up late on a Wednesday, they had my car done by Thursday, Brakes, Rotors and Calipers. Got all of the parts in, and I was ready to go, Todd was amazing, I didn't get the mechanics name, but he was also amazing, will be coming here for all of my vehicle needs in the future! (Not to mwntion they offered to deliver my car because I was on laughing gas) if possible it would be 6 stars."

"The entire staff was amazing! I went in to have my brakes checked and they were able to replace them same day, and even made the time to do a state inspection as well. I'm a busy working mom, and the fact that I didn't have to come back or take more time off work was so appreciated! Services and fees were explained well, and they were extremely friendly. I've never worked with a service shop that inspired me to write a review, but this one did! A huge thank you to you guys!"
