"Selected my tires on-line Monday. First available appointment time was Thursday. Arrived 5 minutes early for my 10:00 am appt (2/29) and was told “We don’t have your tires”. Was then told “When you do this (on-line) this isn’t really an appointment”. My confirmation states “At the following appointment time(s): 2/29/2024 10:00 am.” Decided to go elsewhere. Don’t waste your time with these people. Learn from my mistake."

"I called the day before to get a set of tires for my car and they were able to get an appointment for me the next day. The man at the counter was friendly and greeted me as soon as I came in the shop. They got my car in right away and was done within the alloted time they quoted me. The service was good. I was recommended to Plaza Tire by a friend that had used then a few times in the past. They were pleased with the service they had recieved and I was too."
"I bought 2 tires there. A couple weeks later a wheel flew off on the highway. I had to be towed because the lugs were damaged. Spent the night at a hotel out of town while the repair shop located parts and repaired my truck. Had to locate a replacement wheel . Now this shop refuses to compensate me for my expenses. Manager claims the regional manager denied my claim. Stay away from any Plaza Tire as they won't stand behind their work"
