"Friendly mechanics/staff; however, am worried about competence. In the past, other Walmart Automotive Centers have overfilled my oil, so I always check it before driving away. Two oil changes ago the Nixa location left the fill cap off the motor. Luckily I caught it in the parking lot b/c I always check before leaving. This past time when I checked the oil before leaving, the oil on the dip stick was as dirty as the old oil that was to have been changed. When I told the automotive manager, he was perplexed and did another quick oil change. That oil was clear, but once again it was filled past the fill line on the dipstick. Not enough to damage seals, but enough to give me cause to worry about the quality of the work. The Nixa location is very convenient, but I will not be using it again. Consistent mistakes have me wary of the work done there."

"Rude cust. Service at auto counter. Been waiting on oil chng for over 2 hours (3 cars ahead of me when I got here) in waiting room ppl couldn’t believe they were put ahead of .. they didn’t hv appts and felt bad for me. Everyone waiting forever and fed up. We all agreed we never coming back here to Nixa Walmart auto."

"Wife arrived there at 640 pm tire going flat had 2 kids with her. Tech sees and hears tire going flat , tells her they can't do nothing cause the must close at 7. Didn't even offer to repair now put spare on . As many tires , oil changes we have gotten there . He came out all techs. Clocked out at 640 and it closes at 7pm . Walmart your customer service is going to the pot!!!!. We know us stopping and buying tires and oil changes won't Hurt you but at least we can go else and get proper customer service"
