"We took our Volvo to Dennis for the 60K mile service. He was asked several times over the phone and in person upon arriving what would be done for this service. He never would specifically say other than, "everything that is included in Volvo's Warranty and Maintenance Manual for 60K will be done". I specifically asked more than once if that included spark plugs, cabin filter, oil and filter, because this is what is stated in Volvo's Warranty and Maintenance Manual as well as the dealership's recommendations. Dennis again said everything in the manual will be done. We were hesitant to go to him because he would not answer direct questions, but wanted to give him a chance. After picking up my car and my husband checking his work he found that the cabin filter, spark plugs, and oil filter had not been changed. Among other minor details such as topping off fluids, adjusting cameras, tire pressure, brakes, etc."
