"Messed up my sandwich twice, after repeating it to them multiple times. They didn't seem to care to even be there. I just gave up and took what they gave me. I'd give them negative if I could."
"I would give this subway ZERO stars if I could. The 2 girls working here could care less about their job. They had the personality of the concrete of which the building sets. No one talked, smiled, nothing. It was like they were mad you came in to order a sandwich. I felt like I was on an episode of pranked. I wouldn't recommend this subway to anyone. Just find a different one. I will absolutely never spend another dollar in this store."
"Went in to get lunch two people working both of them looked at me and walked back to the back. No one welcomed me said hi said I’ll be with you in a moment. Nothing. Stood there for a couple minutes. Still no one came around the corner. Finally I walked out they both came out and then started dancing that I had left so they didn’t have to do anything. I am shocked that this location is still open. The food is never good. Everyone is rude slow. Got their kids in there, so unprofessional. My work is close to here and none of us will go back as we have all experienced this"
"If you hate your job then quit, don't put that on the customers. No hello, no smile, nothing. Then after you make the first sandwich, you slowly make your way back from the register to the counter and again, no "what else can I get you" or nothing, just staring like I came to your house, got you off your couch and asked you to make a sandwich out of your own fridge. Owner's of this franchise are the ones who lose and with such little pride or effort in being at work, I bet your gonna go real far. Only two stars because even you couldn't jack up a 6 inch meatball sub with no cheese or toppings. Employee of the year at this Subway is gonna make hard to visit any Subways again. Typical Legends service is why everything is shutting down."
"With Subways closing all over, I'm amazed this one is still open and was even remodeled. Every time I place an online order, I go ten minutes later than the time stated because they NEVER finish when it says they are. I know you can get backed up, so if it takes 20 minutes, I get it. 45 minutes? Y'all ain't someplace fancy. Part of it is the manager, I think, ALWAYS has her kids there. I think it's great Subway can let their employees have a kid there if need be, but it's not meant to be a daycare. It means you're never focused on your job like you need to be. Maybe this location just needs more help. Unlike some others, the employees are usually nice in my experience, but I'd pick another location if you have a choice."
