"Don’t waste your time going anywhere else!!This auto repair shop is the best we’ve ever dealt with. The people are friendly, professional, and efficient. We were traveling across the country when our car broke down the night before. We called them the next morning and Angel got us taken care of. The problem was diagnosed, repairs were explained, and we were on the road by 11:30 that morning with a newly installed alternator and belt. So grateful to have come across this shop. We knew we were in good hands when another customer told us that she drives an hour and a half from Cassville, Mo. to have her car serviced here and she won’t go anywhere else!"

"I have never felt so welcome at an auto shop! In the past when I walked in to a shop for an oil change or inspection I'm stared at like I have three heads. Tori and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well-informed during my inspection on Friday December 29th and the subsequent repairs my van needed in order to pass. I'm so grateful for their care! Multiple types of phone chargers, snacks, and drinks are all complimentary, they have a shuttle service and were glad to take me anywhere I needed to go during repairs, and Tori was kind enough to make sure I knew these repairs were a normal thing to need after 20 years on the road and not my fault, which I appreciated. And when the repairs were agreed-upon Tori was kind enough to give me my 'passed' inspection paper so I could run to tag it before my tags expired. Thank you for a great experience, you rock!!!"

"Staff was pretty friendly. Took my truck in because it had a clunking coming from the front end. Got a call back with an estimate of almost $10000 in repairs. I said no way and crawled under my truck and noticed the bolt had fallen out of the caliper. Got a new bolt from O'Reilly's and slapped it on and haven't had a problem. Glad I said no to the complete front end rebuild they suggested and put the bolt in my caliper instead. It was much cheaper and they were going to take me for a ride. They also told me I need front brakes but I changed the front breaks two week prior so I wouldn't trust what they say and I'll never be back."

Everyone here was so incredibly kind and accommodating! They kept me well informed every step of the way, ensuring I approved every service and knew what and why they recommended it.
