McDonald's

"Stopped here for lunch. It was right when they switched to lunch. The food we got tatsed like it had been there for 3 hours. They got our drinks wrong. One of the cups had a hole in it from a box knife. The food was cold and didn’t taste right. The only thing that was hot and fresh was the fries. When we called to complain the manager that answered wasn’t very helpful. She was kinda rude and all she wanted to do was argue. And we got told there was nothing they could do about it."

"They didn't start cooking chicken nuggets for my order until it was the first ticket on the screen. Then they cleared it to make it look like it was done on time when it wasn't. The employees act like your presence is an inconvenience to them."

"Horrible!!!! Super slow!!! We ordered a cheeseburger and a shake, the lady couldn’t speak English and kept pointing park in 4, we waited 10 minutes, he came to the car with NO straw and had to go back!!! Drive right past THIS McDonalds and go to a good one!!! Don’t waste your time or money!"

"I just wanted to buy a drink. The lady at counter very rude and disrespectful. Black, tall, very skinny woman young woman. I could complain to manager, but the store has a lot a bad reviews. It seems owners/ management of that store don't care. I had to take the picture from outside, was trying in all manners to avoid a confrontation with that woman. It was a Monday at about 10:42 pm."

"Not sure what happened to this place. I recently went in and stood at the counter for quite a while. No one bothered to come and check on me, so I was forced to use the self order kiosk. I hate these things, because they take forever to order your food, I received my table card and went and sat down at my table, which clearly says they will deliver my food to my table. After a while, someone yelled from behind the counter, that my order was ready. So I walked up to get it, and kindly asked why they didn’t deliver it to my table. The lady told me “we don’t do that “. I asked for my drinks, which she sternly pointed at the cup dispenser beside the registers and said “they’re right there “. They are clearly understaffed, but at least they could make up for it and customer service which they are not doing."
