"I stopped going to this McDonald’s along time ago then I decided maybe it’s changed so I went back. Well guess what it hasn’t changed at all the workers are so rude they don’t hardly make eye Contact or talk to you. Went to the drive-through ordered went to the window, gave him $100 bill sat there sat there. I look in there the girl sitting there, rearranging the ranch, so I honk my horn. She just looks at me and then finally somebody else comes back there and it’s because she was waiting for change, did she say a word to me no that is rude so go pick up our order from the pick up window they forgot two items then I tried call up there had to call I don’t know 10 times back to back before somebody answered and then that place needs shut down. I’m not even shut down it needs to be re-employed Because the employees there are awful"

"It has been awhile since I have eaten at McDonald’s and I was beet disappointed. Or Big Macs had lots of bread and little burger. Both our fries and burgers were barely warm. We ordered a Happy Meal for the toy that was advertised on the outside of the box, and the Happy z meal came with a different toy. We asked the lady at the counter Scott it and she said they did not have the your on the box. On the positive side, the workers were great."

"I was in the drive through today and the app wasn’t working even though I hadn’t used any deal for days. Person taking my order told me that the app should be sending a new code. After several attempts to inform the person that was taking the order that I was not receiving any additional codes. He said “you’re on your own, now what do you want?” Incredibly rude but it’s fine. As I drove away from the speaker at the drive through I heard “Fu&k you” Boy I was livid. Ran a circle around the store and came back to the drive through speaker to tell he next person what had just happened to me. That person said “I doubt that happened.” Me: “are you kidding me?” That person said “yea, I doubt that happened.” Cool, now this person at McDonald’s is calling me a liar now. The store owner (or the main manager, unsure her position) -she helped me figure out the order. -however it seemed that there would be absolutely no backlash on an employee who told a customer “fu@k you.” Real classy McDonald’s Also, the person who said “fu@k you” to me was apparently one of the managers. Good example there bud."
