"Being that I have shopped several times at this store and actually bought their merchandise, I am highly appalled and the behavior of the owner. More than once I have “NOT” parked in his designated “for only shopper parking spot” the owner has twice come at me to move my car out of his space. The first time he must have realized his ignorance and felt ashamed and went back inside the store the second time…. He came out aggressively screaming at my husband and myself to move our car as he pointed to a vet very mature older lady who was in the drivers seat of the car he was referring to. Shocked again, I followed him into the store to let him know that was not my car and that I have am one of his customer. In fact I was wearing one of his blazer and shirt I bought there. I then proceeded to ask him shall I ask politely for this lady who is in your spot to move? Then I proceeded to state I will never shop at this store due to his unprofessionalism to his loyal customers, his aggressive behaviors and the lack of empathy for older people that he so rudely displayed that day. I boycott this store along with my friends Wish I give no stars"

"My first visit to Krickets! I had seen them on Facebook and finally made it by! Cyndi was so helpful and I was able to find three shirts on sale in my size! I will be back!"

"Krickets turned out to be a very lovely place and experience. I went here because I found out that I could exchange Brighton Jewelry I'd gotten from ordering directly from Brighton's website. My husband had made a call to check that we could make the exchange here, and got a friendly clerk. Later, he was called back by one of the owners who was just as friendly. To tell the truth, I was a little nervous about going into the store because I'm not very trendy and I was wearing sweatpants and a t-shirt that day. I was afraid I might be treated a bit snidely or with aloofness, but nothing was farther from the truth. The store clerk and the owner who were there were super friendly to me and escorted me right to the Brighton jewelry section. They weren't pushy but were available to answer questions, and I lost all my nervousness for going into such a nice store as my untrendy self. XD Their jewelry selection was great. Honestly, I want to go back to take a peek at all their gorgeous clothes, next time, too! I really enjoyed the conversations I had with the staff and the friendly, chic, relaxing atmosphere. My stress was unwarranted and it is a BEAUTIFUL place. The whole shop is arranged to be eye candy. I will definitely go back."

"This little boutique was a pretty good find! They had quite a variety of high fashion styles. We originally went to find my grandmother a few items and ended up getting something for her, my mother, and myself!! Which was pretty amazing considering we have extremely different tastes!! It is definitely a little on the pricy end, however, all the clothes are well made, and they have some reasonably priced items and some great sales. Will have to stop back in next time we come to town!"
