"Staff was kind. Ordered two bagels but one was the wrong one. Tried to call but no one answers the phone. Tried the other location and it's entirely the wrong number all together. I just want what I ordered considering this place isn't super cheap."
"Stopped here on a busy Sun morning for the second time in a couple months. Coffee is always fresh, breakfast sandwiches are super delish. This time through, they missed the fact I ordered two eggs on my sandwich. The manager (I assume) walked over and apologized for the messed up order and gave me a couple chocolate chip cookies. It was a very nice gesture and we will be back for another visit soon! Highly recommend this little place in Springfield MO if you want an easy, casual bite for breakfast!"

"My son had a doctor's appointment and missed lunchtime at school. I couldn't send him back hungry. We then pulled over by Einsteins. I got a honey whole wheat bagel with egg white, turkey sausage, and southwest sauce and a medium orange juice. My son chose a blueberry bagel with egg, cheese and sausage and then a Coffee cake. He absolutely loved his coffee cake. The food was amazing. The orange juice actually tasted like legit orange juice and not some sad watered down excuse for oj. I have had Einsteins before but have never actually gone into any of their locations. Inside it is nice and quiet. I like how the tables are attached inside. There is enough space so you don't feel cramped like other places. I was not aware until today of the amazing assortment of pastries available. This is my son's new favorite place to eat. We will be back."
