"Food is noticeable when you tip. Employees really think they are entitled to 15% when they spend 5 minutes cleaning a cup when there is nobody but me in line. Do not go there before 3pm. Major employee difference"

"Went in for lunch to get my daughter and mother a meal, after a 30 minute wait only to leave with nothing. We were told upon entry that they werent taking orders for 10 minutes. We waited, 20 minutes pass and we were then told they were no longer taking food orders. There was 3 total employees all working on to-go orders only, while at least one employee should have been catering to walk-in orders. The employee was not friendly, and moving very slow without a care in the world for the guests waiting patiently in the dining area. Totally unprofessional. Im not sure who was managing today, but some education on how to run things needs to be in place. Terrible customer service. Staffing is an issue and we were patient only to be let down."

"Pathetic. I have never seen or heard of worse customer service than what I received today. My fiancee and I walked in this afternoon to get a smoothie and the first thing the guy said was "are you here for an online order?, to which I responded no. He proceeded to say literally the following: "Okay, so we're not going to take your order because we have a lot of online orders coming in and we don't have time to serve you". Keep in mind this was in the afternoon and they don't close until 9pm. Absolutely ridiculous. Perhaps a "Welcome in, i'm sorry we're very busy, it will take around 30 minutes to make your smoothie!". Nope. For reference, it was some guy with glasses - that kid is rude."

"The food was amazing fast and super good. The avocado tasted fresh and nice sliced. I believe I got the southwest wrap idk he choose my order bc it was my first time. He ordered the quesadilla I believe as well. The strawberry banana smoothie was excellent as well. Thank you to him and hopefully we will be returning"

"We ordered 4 smoothies and service was so slow. Waited over 15 minutes for two of the smoothies. Finally had all 4 after 25 minutes of waiting. Seemed like there were plenty of employees just no one moving very fast. Cup wasn’t quite full either. Been to other locations that were much faster. We can see the stack of orders on the screen growing longer and not even one smoothie made in the last 5 minutes. They were focused on the free ones they were giving out instead of paying customers. We also watched people walk out without flip flops on with the free one but would not give us the free one without flip flops. The whole experience was ridiculous. Time stamp on cup 3:56pm and it’s now 4:22pm and have all we ordered."
