"The food was not the same as a couple of years ago. It seems like the food has gotten even cheaper. It was very concerning when the homeless guy inside was doing nothing and then followed my husband and I to our car. He sent him away, but if I was a lone female, who knows. Not good at all sadly."
"We came in tonight with my dad and my toddler! Darrius was helping train a young girl on register and she was so patient and nice even though she was learning as well as Darrius was so ready and willing and happy to help her and us! My son was running around crazy and the first thing he did was give us a coloring sheet and crayons, he was always smiling and honestly I just loved his energy! All the staff were great though!"

"I have not been to Fazoli's in a long time. I ordered their new four cheese stuffed shells. I also made it a meal by adding a slice of cheese pizza and a drink. My food arrived quickly. My slice of pizza looked like it sat under the heat lamps for awhile and was a bit dried out, it was fine. The shells looked good but shells had a few parts that were dried out and harder than they should be. Overall all it is about what I remember. It was all fine, I could have went to a specialty pasta place and paid a little more for better but I did not feel like the longer drive. I might wait to go back again. All in all it was fine, I ate it all and was full when I left."
"Impressed! I've eaten at Fazoli's before Yet it's been a while since I've eaten here this place is affordable & friendly ! The cashier on shift was very helpful & the lady who came out with my food was great as well nice clean environment."
