"Extremely stuck up and unwilling to help me. I came into the store dressed in sweats because of a recent operation and wanted to pick out some perfume for my wife. Several sales ladies looked at me and walked right by to offer help to someone who just walked in. This happened twice as I was looking for a particular perfume fragrance. My wife was in in another isle straight ahead of me and and she was ignored as well. The store was very slow and a lot of sales clerks were standing around laughing and carrying on. Very disappointed. We may have looked a bit poor, but we are not. I would never treat anyone that way. Just think of people that don't have much and want to do something special for their partner....don't they count? Apparently not at Victoria's Secret!"

"Was very impressed as I had not been in VS/Pink store in years. This was mostly due to the heavy scents they use in stores. It gives me a headache as well as makes me feel sick NOT the case, very light scent. Sales associate was very helpful and nice. Also, they now have a great variety of non underwire bras! My daughter and I actually purchased several items. We will be back"

"I spend so much money at this location for my wife including all the new perfume releases, clothing, and anything else she wants. She goes yesterday to buy more stuff and sees a little dog toy displayed on the Victoria secret side and my 4 year old loved it. It’s free when you spend $60 or more so she does that and my son starts walking around with it. One of the employees notices my son playing with it and gets mad and tells my wife that she needs to spend $60 on the pink side not on the Victoria secret side to get it and started arguing with my wife about it. How are you going to display something on the Victoria secret side and it be a promotion for the pink side and not state that. It’s the simple fact instead of explaining the promotion you start arguing with them and make my 4 year old cry and get upset because his mother thought she bought the right stuff so he could have it. We will never come back to this location after that rude, childish, incompetent employee made my child cry over a free promotional stuffed animal."

"I went here with my mother today, and while I was waiting on my mom I was looking at the 5/30 panties. A worker approached me and said “are you okay?” To which I replied “yes I am fine.” She then said “oh. Well you look really tired.” I replied “yes, thank you, what I love most is complete strangers negatively commenting on my physical appearance.” The manager came over to ask if everything was okay, and I said it was, all the while the first girl was staring me down terrified/concerned I was about to tell the manager what happened. I said everything was okay multiple times and the manager walked away. No workers tried to help us for the remainder of our shopping trip, but the same girl hovered around me and made me feel uncomfortable."
