"I had a bad situation that happened to my business during COVID that killed off my business. And the account staff there was rude and lack compassion. They're kind when you keep giving them money but once you hit the wall, the tone changed. The things said to me by two people in their finance dept should've been recorded. We decided that transferring me out was the best option as I was living in Las Vegas and not able to fly back every single month. I called today to see if they have anyone they worked with in Las Vegas as a lot of the ones I called do not deal with transfers. It's been a long struggle. I was expecting a nice kind response. But not at all, not after she looked up my account and knowing I was transferred out. Her tone quickly changed when I told her I will be giving a review. I feel that Dr. Oltjen is amazing. The staff that adjusted my braces are super kind too. It's just his account staffs and the front desk lady. I don't have any of their names."
